Any vehicle can be converted to electric propulsion and battery power. It is an exciting time for this technology with it being applied to private transport, ie. Peoples cars, daily drivers or classic cars. There are many products available around the world ranging from modest power figures to over 600hp+ so we are really spoilt for choice. Is it the future, I dunno, probably, who knows ….. all I know is it is really cool from a technical stand point. Imagine full engine torque at 0 rpm, that’s tyre turning, rubber burning torque. This triggers other requirements for classic cars, like for example inertia reel seat belts and collapsible steering column being the most obvious.
