Part# KB-MSP-50-LS2-UPR-AC ; Kustom Bitz custom brackets allow you to fabricate your own individual parts. This part number is for the bracket shown in the picture. It is designed to be welded to the plate that bolts up to the Holden LS2 engine block in place of the engine mounts to allow you to fabricate your own custom made engine mounts. Perfect for engine swaps.

This particular part is the upper part to the engine mounts we fabricated to fit a Holden/Chev LS2 engine into a replica Ford AC Cobra.  The brackets are to suit the later XR8 Ford BA Engine mounts becasue they are more compact than the Holden ones and they are also symetrical where as the Holden LS2 mounts are large and angled. 

The design angles of this plate place the mounting surface of the mount in the flat horizontal plane. Remember the pressesd steel part of the Ford BA mount is at the top and the cast in alloy part of the BA mount faces down. One of the photos above shows you an example of how it goes together. This bracket has bent returns for added strength.
